Do Not Disturb Mode on iPad

Activate Do Not Disturb During an Event

Learn how to enter the Do Not Disturb mode on your iPhone or iPad during an event.

The Do Not Disturb (DND for short) mode on the iPhone is one of the most important features to improve your productivity. Unwanted calls and notifications are always a distraction.

However, many of us cannot simply stay in Do Not Disturb all day long, for various reasons. If you are one of those people, there is a still a great way to use this feature. During, or shortly before, an event you can open the Control Center on your iPhone and hold down on the moon icon. You can then choose between various handy options to enable DND. One that is particularly interesting is the ability to silence the phone during an event.

No matter if you are in an important meeting, want to meditate or simply need to focus for a while. Here is a short video that shows you how to enable it. It works on your iPhone as well as on your iPad.
